What Makes EdisonLearning Unique
Talk to any of EdisonLearning's partner schools and they'll tell you it's the integrated, holistic nature of our Design that sets us apart as a really effective vehicle for school development. EdisonLearning offers a framework that allows schools to realise their aims, revitalise ethos and culture, transform student achievement and build sustainable improvement throughout the entire school.
Rooted in an extensive programme of research into best practice, the EdisonLearning Design for School Improvement brings together high-quality training and consultancy, proven methods for
bringing about a culture of achievement, and sophisticated IT-based assistance for students and teachers, into a co-ordinated and ongoing package the whole school can use to drive forward achievement and enjoyment of the learning environment. EdisonLearning's continually-updated body of research is uniquely focused on determining the essential factors that define the most effective schools. We summarise these as the 10 fundamental principles of our Design.
We work in partnership with our schools, helping them focus on and achieve their own aims and objectives in the most effective way possible. Although we provide the benefits of widespread
experience and proven methods, flexibility is the key to our relationships with our partner schools.
Each of our partnerships is unique because each school has its own particular characteristics, needs and goals. Above all, it's the holistic nature of the EdisonLearning design that makes it
attractive to schools used to a hit-or-miss, bits-and-pieces approach to services. A partnership with EdisonLearning is a collaboration involving everyone in the school; like a conductor rehearsing an orchestra, we draw together all the groups and soloists to work from the same score for a harmonious and successful outcome.
