We believe that, to be truly effective over time, school improvement has to engage the whole school, and address all aspects of the school. It also needs to be based on evidence and research, and not on fashion or dogma. Our approach is therefore based on an integrated, holistic 'Design' - a framework, built on extensive research that allows schools to realise their aims, revitalise ethos and culture, transform student achievement and build sustainable improvement.
We work in partnership with our schools, helping them focus on and achieve their own aims and objectives in the most effective way possible. Although we provide the benefits of widespread experience and proven methods, flexibility is the key to our relationships with our partner schools. Each of our partnerships is unique because each school has its own particular characteristics, needs and goals.
